Challenge Yourself - Epic Hydra (2020)

Back in 2019 an extraordinary cycling challenge took place in Lithuania, called - Epic Hydra. The goal - cycle 800 km over sand, brushes, cross rivers and streams taking no more than 5 days. For some - it was a race, for others an opportunity to experience Lithuania's natural beauty and a good way to test themselves. There was no monetary or any other prize waiting for the finishers except for a t-shirt and self-satisfaction.

The film "Challenge Yourself - Epic Hydra" follows a 62 year old Vitalijus, who despite his age, was determined to test himself and, to quote him, see how old he got. He set out with a restless heart, not knowing if he could make it to finish, let alone do it in five days.

The 38 minutes of the film has it all - the sun, the rain, the tough bits and the not so much. However, the the thing that it has the most of is the will to challenge oneself!
